Diamond Dental Laboratory was established as a company in March 1995. Since then we have gone through many different phases, as any startup company would, overcoming numerous obstacles in the process. Through all these years we maintained our resolve to provide patients and doctors with personal service and quality products that would make us stand out from the rest.
Today, we have been in business for eighteen years and we are still going strong. Acquiring new technologies and constant education through courses and lectures has become part of life for us here at Diamond Dental Lab. Our commitment to our doctors and their patients has never changed. Providing personal service and hands on involvement in each and every case is the key to our success.

Charlie M. Cajdric CDT, MDT
Bio: M. Charlie Cajdric - Virtuoso
Charlie Cajdric is the CEO and Founder of Diamond Dental Laboratory and has over 20 years of experience in the dental field.
Charlie studied Dentistry at the University of Sarajevo from 1989 to 1992. During his second year of dental studies, civil war broke out in his home country of Bosnia-Hercegovina and he took a position working as a Logistics Assistant/Acting Field Officer for the United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees.
In December 1993, Charlie moved to the United States and settled in Massachusetts. His first employment was in January 1994 as a dental assistant in a large dental office located in downtown Boston. During this time he developed an understanding for the patients and their individual concerns. In late 1994 he moved on and became a dental technician for a well-recognized dental lab in the New England region. Both of these employment opportunities gave Charlie unique perspectives. Working with some of the best clinicians in the Boston area and their patients as well as working with his fellow technicians he developed an understanding of the importance of having a “Dental Team”.
He opened Diamond Dental Laboratory in 1995 and earned the title of “Certified Dental Technician” (CDT) in 1999. He then went on to complete his Master’s in Dental Technology (MDT) from NYU in 2004. Since then he has worked diligently to hone his craft as a dental technician working alongside some of the Boston’s best clinicians. He has earned a well-deserved reputation for excellence in his field.
Charlie continually keeps up with the latest in dental technology through on-going coursework, lectures and trade shows. He has also had the honor of giving lectures on the topics of Implant Restoration to dentists.
Currently residing in the suburbs of Boston with his wife of 11 years and their boy’s ages 8 and 9, Charlie enjoys recreational soccer, coaching youth soccer, skiing and travel.
